You must have the school issued name sign if you are picking
your child up in car rider line. 

Students will only be placed into the car displaying the school issued name sign. 

If you do not have the school issued name sign, you will be asked to park and go to the receptionist.  
You must present your driver's license.

If you need to pick your child up early from school,
you must arrive prior to 3:00 p.m.  

After 3:00 p.m., students will only be dismissed
from their classrooms during the regular dismissal times.

Transportation Changes
To ensure the safety of our students,
all transportation changes must be requested in writing.  
No phone requests will be accepted.

 The following information should be included  -

Student's First and Last Name

Student's Teacher

Description of change (car rider, bus rider including bus #, daycare, etc.)

What day the change is for - (if the change is for more than one day,  please state that in your note.)

Parent/Guardian signature

Example:
John Doe in Mrs. Smith's class will be a car rider
Wednesday and Thursday, January 1st - January 2nd.
